Bij S&T kunt u ook terecht voor de modulaire MEP opleiding in uw PPL(A) of CPL(A). Tevens kunt u bij ons de modulaire MEP VFR/IFR opleiding volgen.

Toelatingseis :

MEP (VFR) ;

• Geldig Medical Class  1 of  2 .
• Houder van PPL(A) of CPL(A). 
• 70 PIC op vleugelvliegtuigen.

MEP (VFR/IFR) ;

• als hierboven met als extra, in bezit van IR-SE(A) bevoegdheid.

De opleiding omvat zowel een theoretisch als praktisch deel.

THEORIE

De theorie cursus omvat 7 uur groundschool en wordt afgesloten met een test waarbij u minimaal 75 % dient te behalen.

PRAKTIJK

De praktijkopleiding MEP (VFR) bestaat uit minimaal 6 vlieguren en aanvullend minimaal  5 uur voor de MEP(VFR/IFR ) opleiding. De MEP(A) opleiding wordt gedaan op PIPER SENECA II. De PIPER SENECA II is uitgerust met twee turbocharged 200HP motoren waardoor hij nog instaat is om op één motor behoorlijk te presteren. De motoren zijn "counter rotation" zodat we geen "critical engine" hebben.

Bovengenoemde prijzen zijn gebaseerd op minium opleidingsuren volgens JAR FCL en zijn incl. instructie, examenvlucht, examinatorkosten en raming van approach / landingskosten etc. Het werkelijk aantal gemaakte uren, approach / landingsgelden worden in rekening gebracht.

Eventuele aanvullende lessen worden in rekening gebracht volgens onderstaande tarief  ( incl. instructie, excl. approach / landingsgeld ) :

PIPER SENECA II           :        493,75 p/uur                              

Indien u nog geen 70 PIC heeft, kunt u bij ons ervaringsuren maken vanaf € 109,00 p/uur.

Voor houder van een geldig ICAO Annex 1 licence geldt een reductie van 50% tot maar liefst 90% op de opleidingsuren. Het een en ander is afhankelijk van totale vliegervaring.

Conversion FAA SE-IR to UK/JAA MEP(land) with IR-SPA-ME:
Your FAA IR-SE can be converted to IR-SPA-ME in accordance with LASORS 2008 Section E1.2 by
undertaking 15 hours IR training in a Multi-engine aeroplane. Before commencing the IR training, you
need to hold the MEP(land) rating or have completed the MEP training. The MEP training consists
of 6 hours training. For ME and/or IR-ME training, we use the PIPER SENECA II.
Pre-entry requirements :			* Valid JAA Medical class 1 or 2.
			* Holder of UK/JAA CPL(A) or UK/JAA PPL(A) with NQ(A)
			* Holder of UK/JAA ATPL(A) theory including Radiotelephony licence.
			* 50 hours  X-country as PIC.
			* Current en Valid FAA licence including FAA Medical.
			* 70 hours PIC on aeroplanes.
